{thanksgiving wrap up}

This past weekend, we squeezed my whole family into our little apartment. All 10 of us fit around our makeshift dinner table & stuffed ourselves full of turkey goodness!

It was so great to spend the whole weekend playing games with my family, doing lots of shopping with the girls & eating lots of yummy food!

Now I'm tired & having some laundry & cleaning up to do but it was all work it!

These pears are patiently awaiting for me to find time to transform them into a lovely Thanksgiving centerpiece.

I have been a busy, busy preggo lady, bustling around getting ready for my family to come & spend Thanksgiving weekend with my hubby & I.

I have a BIG list of things I need to get done in the next couple days.

*Laundry load after laundry load

*Thanksgiving dinner centerpiece

*Make my pie & jello

*Clean the apartment

*Move furniture

*Grocery shop (check)

*Bring out all my toys

Good thing I have a wonderful husband who is going to be a big help in getting our place ready for a fun weekend!

{25 days of Christmas Crafts}

Isn't this the greatest way to countdown to Christmas??

I am so giddy! I have decided to make a Christmas craft everyday up until Christmas.

Why?

Because these past couple months have been lazy & craft free for me & I am itching to get in some great crafting & what is better then making up some great crafts just in time for the holidays?!

So I hope with this 25 days of Christmas Crafts I can inspire some fun holiday ideas & hopefully you can share some with me too! I will even open up Flickr group so you can add what you have been working on for Christmas or if you want to share your craft from my inspiration.

I am craving these lovely new shoes at Aldo but due to my lack of energy lately, I have settled for throwing on a comfy pair of flats but these are longing to become a part of my shoe collection.

Now this mama is going to take the rest of the afternoon sleeping cause this little 2 inch baby is making me tired & giving me morning sickness. Only a few more weeks until the 2nd trimester & hopefully sweet, sweet relief from the all day upset stomach!

It's never to early to start Christmas shopping right?!

{a fair day)

This morning, my hubby & I packed up my goods & headed off to another craft fair for the day.

It was a successful day & I have so much fun using my new display racks!

I must say, I have the best husband for helping me haul all my stuff & staying all day long to keep me company. I sure got myself a good one! =)

Now I'm off to take a nap...I'm all faired out.

Yesterday, I got this super, cute doll in the mail from my mom!

She sent it over to me because she thought it would great for my craft fairs (I agree!) & I spent the whole afternoon dressing her up in all my shop goodies. You're never too old to play with dolls right??

My poor baby...it is going to be changing outfits every 5 minutes especially if it's a girl!

I am in love with the shorts over the tights look & I think my barely there baby bump will allow me to wear this look for a few weeks at least! =)

Now off to find some glittery tights...

These next couple of weeks, I will be busy getting ready for Thanksgiving because I just love to host a fabulous dinner for my family.

* I want to fill up my Thanksgiving dinner table with these cute wool felted pumpkins.

* These cute cards would be perfect to fill out for my guests about how thankful I am to have them all in my life.

* I think these caramel apple soaps would be the perfect little gift for my guests.

* These yummy cookies would be a festive way to finish off our meal.

Only a few more weeks until Thanksgiving & I can't wait!

Now that the weather is cooling off, I have been keeping my hands warm by keeping them moving with my crochet hooks.

I have been enjoying making hats & blankets & scarves & I want to be using some of these lovely yarns.

{craft fair success}

This past weekend I took all my goodies to my second craft fair & I had loads of fun & great success!

I took along all my tees/onesies, my floral headbands, my bows & my hats.

This fair was the first time I got to use my new $5 shiny red racks. They made my area look like a mini-little shopping mall.

Everyone really enjoyed going through my hanging onesies & felt like they were really shopping.

I had so much fun, made lots of new friends, handed out loads of business cards & got to spend some quality time with my mom! (Plus I made a little money =)

Last night, while I was doing some grocery shopping, I walked past a sale rack packed full of baby summer clothes which is perfect since I am do in June, but I don't know what I'm having yet so I don't know if I need to buy for a boy or girl.

But I stumbled onto the CUTEST jean outfits so I got one for a girl & one for a boy that way I am set either way.

Plus, they were both only 50 cents!
