Sorry I have been a bit absent. My niece entered the world this morning 2 months early & only weighs in at about 3 lbs 4 oz.

Mommy had many complications so we have been a bit busy worrying about these two girls.

Please forgive my absence & will be back up & blogging once I find out they are doing better.

I had another fun filled, fly by weekend. My soon to be sis-in-law had her bachelorette party on Saturday at which I was hoping to take loads of pics of but soon found out I left my memory card in my laptop at home.

At least yesterday I remember it when my hubby & I headed out for mini golf in 60 degree weather.

1. In the story of my life the actor who would play me would be Anne Hathaway because I have been told I look like her .

2. If I could change one thing about the world it would be to end all abortions. It suddens my heart that people kill their babies .

3. Yesterday was full of some of my fave shows & a yummy pepper steak dinner .

4. My favorite comfort food is Chinese food .

5. If I could meet any blog friend (who I haven't met yet) in real life, I'd choose to meet Margot, Jamie & Janel all over again! =) .

6. My favorite breakfast food is yogurt. .

Today is the first day of autumn & there has been a bit of a cold breeze in air lately. I have already brought out some of my fall faves including leggings & light weight cardigans but I can't wait to pull out some chunky sweaters, cozy tights, comfy boots & silky scarves.

{St. Louis}

This past weekend, I met up with some amazing girls in St. Louis! I'm so happy I had the chance to meet Jamie, Janel & Margot, 3 super talented, sweet ladies! ( And of course, Janel's adventurous sister)

After meeting up in the morning, heading over to the loop & spending some time in the heat, we had to take a break & cool off with frozen yogurt. Yum!

We spent the afternoon at Janel's cool pad & painted, chit chatted & chowed down on yummy pizza.

Then headed out to the City Museum which was AMAZING!

I had such a blast & I can't believe how truly sweet these ladies behind the blogs I adore reading are.

After just two lessons, my husband & I are swing dance manics!

I have always wanted to learn & our town was offering 3 nights of swing dance lessons so I jumped on the opportunity & forced Jeff to come with.

Luckily he picked it up really fast & in enjoying dancing with me cause it is so much fun!

{lovely weekend}

My hubby & I just made it back home from our very long trek home from St. Louis. Before heading out, we stopped by the arch this very rainy morning & headed to the top (not my choice by the way!)

Our St. Louis Trip was short & sweet & so much fun!

I can't wait to share more pics of the blogger bash once I steal them from the other girls! =)
