{how to:crochet bowl}

Yesterday I whipped up this super cute yarn bowl to add hold some of my fake roses so I thought I would share it with you!

It was so super simply & can be whipped up in under a half hour.

First off, I used two super thick stands of yarn...like 8 regular stands worth. It will make your bowl thicker & will make it stand easier. I also used a P sized hook.

Step 1-Start out by making an adjustable ring with 4 sc on it.
Step 2-In the next row, 2 sc in each sc across (8 sc total)
Step 3-In the next row, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc...repeat until the end of row (12 sc total)
Step 4-In the next row, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc...repeat until the end of the row (18 sc total)
Step 5-In the next row, sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc...repeat until the end of the row
(27 sc total)
Step 6-In the next row, sc in each sc across (27 sc total) Repeat 2 more times.

If you would like to make a bigger bowl, you can repeat Step 5 a few more times.

It makes a great addition to my coffee table & can also be a great gift.
